Recruitment Process

Our full suite of recruitment services covers the entire lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and managing applications to evaluation, engagement, performance management, retention, and outplacement, ensuring we support you through every step of the process.

Stage 1

Discovery

  • Provide proposal outlining commitments and terms of engagement
  • Undertake thorough assignment briefing with key stakeholders
  • Determine candidate profile, search strategy and key milestones

Stage 2

Talent Mapping and Search

  • Conduct extensive talent mapping to identify potential candidates
  • Commence tailored advertising and social media campaign
  • Execute advanced search and networking strategies

Stage 3

Selection

  • Preferable conduct first round interviews to assess technical, cultural, behavioural and aspirational fit
  • If requested, Preferable will faciliate psychological profiling and skills testing
  • Deliver long list and assist with interview process, panel selection and scenario based questionaires

Stage 4

Verbal Reference Checks

  • Conduct interview debrief and assist with final candidate selection
  • Extensive verbal reference checks (minimum of 2) and other checks on request
  • Preferable will undertake and or facilitate probity checks, including criminal and working with children or the vulnerable etc.

Stage 5

Offer Management and Salary Negotiation

  • Assist and consult with you regarding offer management right through to candidate commencement date
  • Conduct post-placement review and regular candidate follow-up
